Why Do it?
All of these variables have been associated with endurance performance. Regular monitoring of the changes in these variables can be used to quantify training adaptation.

The data collected during the test are used to identify individualised training zones.How Does it Work?
- Height, weight, FTP (Functional threshold Power) and LTHR (Lactate Threshold Heart rate) are measured.
- 10 minute, self-paced warm up precedes the test.
- The test begins at a low intensity, and increases at a constant rate until exhaustion.
Then What?
The data collected during the assessment is analysed and a detailed report of your results is compiled.
